I've worked as a Nationally Certified and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor since 2014. Prior to that I interned with CMC hospital and Southeast Psych In Charlotte. I come from a multi-cultural background and have had extensive experience working with diverse individuals and families, across a multitude of treatment levels. I've worked in hospitals, schools, in-home treatment, and private practice clinics. I specialize in working with neuro-divergence and anxiety, and have run social skills groups for teens and hosted workshops on screen addiction. I try to integrate humor (when appropriate) and build rapport to ease the discomfort many clients feel about starting therapy. I utilize a directive based approach, incorporating specific strategies and modalities to cater to each client.
